Product UI Engineer / UX-Focused Frontend Engineer (m/w/d)

Help us design the user interface for automated cybersecurity testing

Modern vehicles and embedded systems are becoming increasingly complex, networked and software-driven. At the same time, the demands on their cybersecurity are increasing. 

At dissecto, we are developing HydraVision, a platform that enables companies to automate, execute and evaluate safety checks for vehicles, ECUs and other embedded systems. The result is a sophisticated B2B expert system with large amounts of data, live status information, test procedures, tables, graphs, logs and technical configurations.

Your tasks:
  • Analyze and translate complex test and development workflows into clear, efficient user interfaces 
  • Develop new features with React, TypeScript, and Mantine and improve existing interfaces 
  • Optimization of multi-level configuration and execution processes 
  • Extension of existing UI patterns and common components 
  • Processing and visualization of real-time data from Redux and WebSockets 
  • Creation of automated frontend tests in coordination with backend developers, security experts and future users
Your profile:
  • Degree in media informatics, interaction design or comparable training 
  • Several years of experience in the use and further development of component-based UI systems 
  • Experience in user-centered visualization and structuring of large amounts of data 
  • Knowledge in the development of functions with a focus on technical quality and user experience 
  • Interest in technical topics in the fields of automotive, cybersecurity and test automation 
  • Independent, pragmatic way of working and strong communication skills 
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
